Do you know about the myth of bloody mary it's said that if you look into the mirror and say her name three to 100 times then she will appear. One time my friends tryed it in junior high school i ran out the bathroom because i was so scared. There are many diff versions of this story and noone knows which one is true?

Poetry (weekend post)

poetry doesnt have to have a flor or meaning. It doesnt have to mean anything to anyone else it can just be something special to you. Do you like poetry? well im not really a poetry kind of person but I do sometimes do it as an assignment. Check out some of these poems by some poets. one of my favorite is dreams by langston hughes.

Health Care

did you guys hear about the health care bill that president obama is struggling to pass the health care bill. I think that this will help and benefit people all over the world and he is helping to do a dramatic change. This will help others who dont have as much money as others to purchase medicine that is needed. I love that he is trying to help and I want to see how it turns out in the future

In martin Luther Kings speech the other America when he 1st comes on he introduces himself and he states "There are so many problems facing our nation and our
world, that one could just take off anywhere. But today I would like to talk mainly

weeks before that." today we are facing the war in Iraq and still dealing with Afghanistan he this was obviously during the time period of the war.

Cancer (WEEKEND POST)

As we know there are many different types of cancer but do we really know the things that are going on? The most known type of cancer is breast cancer. but or course there are many more. EXAMPLE: prostate cancer, lung Cancer, colon cancer etc. i think that we should get more involved and find out about things be knowledgeable! cancer is one of the many reasons that people die. Cancer is the uncontrolled growth of abnormal cells in the body. The following is a picture of the following steps of Colon Cancer.

I like how there is money being raised towards the haiti situation i find this to be great and i think that it is helping ALOT! a while ago there was something on tv on a number of programs where artists were performing and there were a number of calls being taken for haiti and money being donated. AIDS (WEEKEND POST)

Aids is a sexually transmitted decease but do you know what the word AIDS stand for? Acquired immune deficiency syndrome. AIDS is caused by HIV which is a virus that attacks the immune system cells. AIDs can be treated but there is no cure sadly. Many people have died from aids. Most of us know about catching aids from an infected person during sexual intercourse but there are other ways to catch this decease it can be a side effect for a drug. Maybe the person has had it for a while and never noticed because they never checked it out.

TIGER WOODS (WEEKEND POST)

dont you guys feel like they are going over board with the tiger woods situation it is getting to be annoying. they are tlking about him in sex rehab in everything but i feel that it is not that serious if it was anyone else noone would CARE! Look at this

This year its going to be the Saints and the Colts. Who do you want to win? I think the Saints are going to win!! GOO SAINTS!!

Haiti

Did you hear about the earthquake in Haiti I feel so bad for the people stealing food and fighting. I can understand why they are doing this because if i was in a situation similar i think that I would do the same thing. If i was in need of supplies and me and my family were starving then I would steal for my needs.
