AIDS (WEEKEND POST)

Aids is a sexually transmitted decease but do you know what the word AIDS stand for? Acquired immune deficiency syndrome. AIDS is caused by HIV which is a virus that attacks the immune system cells. AIDs can be treated but there is no cure sadly. Many people have died from aids. Most of us know about catching aids from an infected person during sexual intercourse but there are other ways to catch this decease it can be a side effect for a drug. Maybe the person has had it for a while and never noticed because they never checked it out.
